You may also go to the LeapReader Companion Audio page to manually download your audio. You have to install the companion audio using your computer software, not even using your phone.
If you would like to change your download language preference, you may do so through the LeapReader settings tab. DOWNLOAD: Download companion audio for each of your books.

REGISTER: Follow the instructions in the LeapFrog Connect application to create a parent account and update your LeapStart system. LeapFrog Connect decides which to download based on the type of device that you have. If instructed to download the companion audio, download the LeapFrog Connect application at /connect and install it on your computer. Many LeapReader books have both American English and Queen’s English companion audio. REGISTER: Follow the instructions in the LeapFrog® Connect application to create a parent account and update your LeapStart® system. If you leave LeapReader connected during the download, then your companion audio will be installed as soon as they finish downloading. If instructed to download the companion audio, download the LeapFrog® Connect application at /connect and install it on your computer. Choose from 12 different workout types, plus audio-guided walks, runs, and meditations.

LeapFrog Connect will display a list of companion audio that will be downloaded. Your essential companion is even more powerful. The LeapFrog Connect software will automatically locate, download and install the companion audio files for any books the LeapStart player has been touched. Reconnect LeapReader to LeapFrog Connect.(You only need to touch one page inside each book.) Touch any page inside each LeapReader book or compatible Tag book that you would like to install.PLAY & LEARN Your child is now ready to play with LeapStart. Make sure that LeapReader is turned on. DOWNLOAD companion audio and video for your included Sampler Book and Purchased LeapStart Books.If LeapReader is connected to LeapFrog Connect, disconnect LeapReader from LeapFrog Connect by pushing the “Eject” button and disconnecting it from your USB cable.LeapFrog Connect can automatically download & install your LeapReader titles! If you bought the book in a different country than the one you are currently in, make sure that the proper country is selected in the top-right of the page.
